Lexy is a wonderful, very down to earth therapist. She has a knack for creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere. She is very open and empathic, and I feel very comfortable sharing with her. She is non-judgemental, which also creates a sense of safety. She offers good suggestions and thoughts. I appreciate her attention and caring, and am looking forward to working with her.

She is kind and courteous and tells you want needs to be said rather than what you want to hear. She's also been a great in helping me sort out my thoughts and feelings into a more coherent manner, giving me the ability to better understand everything that I'm going through and really helps figure out the root of the problem. I've only been talking with her for a couple of weeks, but so far just talking with her about whatever is on my mind really helps relieve the stress and I do genuinely feel better afterward.

Alexa is an extremely good counselor and I am very pleased with her help and her support. Right from the start, she was able to read between the lines of everything I would tell her and identify exactly what my issues were, while also recognizing things I was doing right and help me in achieving focus, clarity of mind and most importantly providing me tools in being able to accept life's obstacles and ultimately find the strength and ability to overcome them. I haven't been working with her for that long, but I feel I have already derived so much from her service. She is very personable, supportive, knowledgeable and gives you very good feedback while making sure to respond to all of your questions and concerns in a reasonable time frame. It's very grounding to know I have her in my corner while I am going through some rough times. I am very grateful, what can I say? Thank you Alexa!

Alexa Thompson is a great counselor who does not judge. Alexa asks important questions that make us think about the situation, which changes our perspectives or provides clarity. Her feedback on issues or situations is very helpful.

I like that Alexa is direct and honest to a refreshing degree. She doesn't tell me what I want to hear but what I need to hear. She is respectful but doesn't mince words either, and I truly appreciate that. She is genuine and I feel that she truly tries to understand and sympathize with me. She's been helpful. I appreciate her time.
